central location, clean bathrooms, good water pressure
Room cleanliness could use improvement!!! Stains on carpeting give a shabby impression, and the lack of a safe in rooms is quite concerning. Flexibility in food service hours would be appreciated!!!

Got a two-room suite that felt more like an apartment, spacious with a great sitting area and decent TV selection. The breakfast room had nice street views, which added a pleasant touch to the experience.
The carpet in hallways shows signs of wear with stains, while the breakfast choices could use some serious improvement. the hash browns are often soggy and the orange cordial isn’t exactly enticing. The water pressure fluctuated, and the twin bed issue was initially frustrating but thankfully resolved with a suite upgrade.

Here's my point of view
This hotel offers a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk from the central square. The staff are not just friendly but also speak great English, enhancing the experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just steps away from a vegan restaurant and shopping areas. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us, even arranging rides without any hassle. We enjoyed a solid breakfast each morning, which offered a delightful assortment of options.
The dining hours could be more flexible to accommodate late risers.

I stayed in a One-Bedroom Suite for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, and I loved how it felt like a small apartment. The bathroom in the second room needed some TLC, but the internet was fantastic. I had some trouble with the TV in my first room, and reception couldn't help. Breakfast was nice, though it started a bit late on my last day.

The suite on the top floor offered a quiet ambiance and stunning views. Staff were generally helpful, especially at the reception, though breakfast service could be improved as items were often slow to be replenished. While the hot sandwiches at breakfast were a highlight, the reading lamp by the bed was inadequate, and room service did not service my room even after I requested it. The overall experience was positive, but these details limited a more exceptional stay.
